Creating an Email Signature that Connects Your Social Networks
Creating an email signature should be more than just leaving your contact information — it should be a personal statement. I have always admired those marketing-savvy colleagues that have social signatures with the cool little buttons that you can click through directly to their Facebook, Twitter or Linked-In accounts. Recently I looked at my own signature on my Aweber account (and other email accounts), and my plain, generic signature just paled in comparison. It looked sad…. lol Turns out that those savvy marketers were using a program called WiseStamp.
If you haven’t heard of WiseStamp, you really need to check out this neat little gadget. You can pack so much information in such a little space (and make it look dynamite in the process). WiseStamp allows you to customize your email signature with links to all of your social media profiles. So its more of a “social” email than anything. And isn’t marketing pretty much going “social”? One of the things I really liked is that you can attach your picture for instant bonding (and developing your personal brand) and people can connect with you instantly – just by a push of a button. Talk about smart marketing!
WiseStamp will instantly add your custom email signature to all of your web-based email accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail). The best thing about WiseStamp (and what I really wanted it for) is that you can integrate your custom signature right into your autoresponder accounts.

One of the things I really like about this program is that you can link your email signature to your latest blog posts and twitter tweets. How much more integrated can you get with your business in your email? I love it! There are so many possibilities and so many ways you can set this up.
