The secret to this level of success is this:

Being a Powerful Leader = Being a Powerful Servant.

I love Tony Robbins and watch him as often as I can and in one of his trainings he explains that hero, in its Latin roots, means “servo”.  And servo means “servant” or actually, “slave”.  So in order to become the ultimate leader and hero you need to become the ultimate servant.  And to do this you become a servant to something bigger than yourself.  Put the focus outside of yourself and work for the greater good of others as opposed to just your needs and you will reap massive rewards.

To me, this sums up the whole network marketing industry (and why I think it’s the best industry out there).  We are all working for the greater good of one another.  One hand is helping the other as we all climb that ladder.  And in order to become a great sponsor and leader, one needs to put the emphasis on others as opposed to their own financial gain.  Once we put ourselves aside, everything else falls into place – it doesn’t have a choice.

Watch this short video from Tony Robbins as he explains the process of how a being powerful leader = being a powerful servant.  Thank you Tony Robbins (this is really powerful stuff!)!
